Shevonese Bourne originally started baking for family and friends on the holidays bringing everyone together. She began baking publicly for schoolmates at Boys & Girls High School in order to raise money. She created her own bake sales; selling cupcakes to her classmates, other high school members & staff.
Soon after in order to perfect her passion, she went to culinary school, became an extern, and eventually went on to work in NYC’s top restaurants and bakeries. Thereafter, she began her own catering business and started baking for functions, large gatherings, birthdays, weddings, and much more.
Bourne Sweet comes from her family name Bourne, and Shevonese has an exciting sweet personality that shines through her in everything she does.
